The Ingredients:

  2. Ginger (grated) 1/3 tsp
  3. Mint 8 leaves
  4. Water 2 cups
  5. Tulsi (holy basil) 12 leaves
  6. Maple syrup 1 tsp

How to Make

Bring all the ingredients together in a pan. Keep the tea to a boil for 10 minutes and simmer. Sip warm.
